Farmer's Grain Global Co., Ltd. (the "Company") protects users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy so that related grievances can be handled promptly and smoothly.

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.

· Handling of complaints: verifying the complainant, confirming the matter, contacting and notifying for fact-finding, notifying results

Article 2 (Items collected)

The Company collects the following personal information to provide its services.

· Required: name, email address, contact number, company name

· Optional: position, department, content of the inquiry

· Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, visit date and time, service usage records, browser information

Article 3 (Retention and use period)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by law, or the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

Article 4 (Provision to third parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and provides it to third parties only where the data subject consents or where Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act otherwise apply.

· The inquiry form delivery service is located outside Korea (USA). Items entered in the inquiry form are transferred abroad solely for the purpose of that delivery.

These rights may be exercised in writing, by telephone or by email, and the Company will act without delay.

Article 7 (Destruction of personal information)

When personal information becomes unnecessary — because the retention period has elapsed or the purpose has been achieved — the Company destroys it without delay.

· Electronic files: securely deleted so that they cannot be recovered or reproduced

· Paper documents: shredded or incinerated

Article 8 (Security measures)

The Company takes the following measures to secure personal information.

· Administrative: establishing and implementing an internal management plan, regular staff training

· Technical: access control for the personal information processing system, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identifying information, installation of security programs

· Physical: access control for the server room and document storage

The Company designates the following data protection officer, who takes overall responsibility for personal information processing and handles complaints and remedies from data subjects.

Article 11 (Changes to this policy)

This privacy policy applies from September 3, 2026. Any addition, deletion or amendment will be announced on the website at least seven days before it takes effect.
