Terms of Use
Thank you for using the services provided by Farmer's Grain Global Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by the Company, the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to internet services (the "Service") provided on the website operated by the Company (the "Site").
Article 2 (Definitions)
· "Site" means the virtual place of business set up by the Company using computers and other information and communications facilities so that goods or services can be traded with users.
· "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives the Service under these terms.
· "Member" means a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company, and who continuously receives the Company's information and may continuously use the Service.
· "Non-member" means a person who uses the Service without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the terms)
· These terms take effect by being posted on the Site or otherwise announced.
· The Company may amend these terms where necessary within the scope permitted by law, and amended terms are announced on the Site from seven days before the date they apply.
· A user who does not agree to the amended terms may stop using the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Provision and change of the Service)
The Company provides the following services.
· Information related to cosmetics ODM
· Product consultation and quotation services
· Corporate information and news
· Other services determined by the Company
Where technical specifications change, the Company may change the content of the services to be provided under contracts to be concluded thereafter.
Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement or failure of computers and other information and communications facilities, or interruption of communications.
The Company is not liable for damage suffered by users or third parties due to a temporary suspension under paragraph 1, except where the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 6 (Membership registration)
· A user applies for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Company and indicating agreement to these terms.
· The Company registers as members those users who applied under paragraph 1, unless any of the following applies.
· The applicant has previously lost membership under these terms.
· The registration details contain falsehoods, omissions or errors.
· Registering the applicant as a member would significantly impair the Company's technical operations.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and loss of membership)
· A member may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company processes the withdrawal immediately.
· The Company may restrict or suspend membership where any of the following applies.
· The member registered false information when applying.
· The member interferes with another person's use of the Service or misappropriates their information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce.
· The member uses the Company to perform acts prohibited by law or these terms, or contrary to public order and morals.
Article 8 (Obligations of users)
Users must not do any of the following.
· Registering false information when applying or making changes
· Misappropriating another person's information
· Altering information posted by the Company
· Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by the Company
· Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
· Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
· Publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Site
Article 9 (Ownership of copyright and restrictions on use)
· Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.
· Users must not use information obtained through the Site in which intellectual property rights belong to the Company — by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other means — for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so, without the Company's prior consent.
Article 10 (Dispute resolution)
· The Company establishes and operates a compensation handling body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damage.
· The Company handles complaints and opinions submitted by users as a priority. Where prompt handling is difficult, the Company immediately notifies the user of the reason and the schedule for handling.
Article 11 (Jurisdiction and governing law)
· Litigation over disputes between the Company and users is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
· Litigation over disputes between the Company and users is filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These terms take effect from September 3, 2026.
